"Die Anlage ist atemberaubend, vorallem der View. Wir hatten leider kein Zimmer mit Meerblick, aber das nächste Mal werde ich eines buchen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal äußert freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Sunset-Bar. Das Frühstück ist sehr großzügig und sehr gut. Hier würde ich auch all inclusive nehmen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!"

"Not a 5 star hotel and the room although it was very big and nice, was dirty, particularly the bathroom. The pools are old and quite small, if you want to go to the beach you need to walk 25mins. There isn’t good coffee around and nothing to do.
I don’t recommend it at all."

"Upon arrival we were pleased with what we saw and check in. Room had a nice big balcony in front of the pool and air con was a nice touch. After a few days we were concerned that nobody had cleaned our room or changed the bedding or towels. Ring the reception and they said the cleaner was due to come on Saturday. We were booked in mon - Mon so Saturday wasn't good. Asked for new towels and was refused and told to wash them in the laundrette. Cleaner came on Saturday and swapped the towels and...

Easy access to places nearby such as shopping, eating out, pubs, beach and a free daily scheduled bus/coach shutter going to las vista beach in las americas. "Staff are all quite friendly and helpful. After a couple days they often know you by name, remembered our drink order, etc. The hotel itself is nice. Good: responsive staff especially in the lobby bar. Bad: shower in our room poured water all over the bathroom even with the door sealed shut. It was like this every single day. Minibar options were minimal; always stocked with mixed nuts though we have a nut allergy there were no other options. Only one restaurant to eat at which got boring very...
