"Lovely place for its rooms, balcony, swimming pool and staff. Their chlorine levels are suspect and caused ear infections in both our children, and their WiFi is problematic. If they can rectify these issues, along with a better breakfast, it would be somewhere I’d be happy to return to. "

"We wanted a charming and cosy hotel, something spesial and it was perfect! Just what we was looking for, with a livingroom were we could have a drink and read a book in the evening. The food in the restaurant was realy good, and also included canarian spesialities."

"The room had a fridge, which I initially thought was a bonus, but it was so noisy that we had to switch it off during the night. The air con was good. There's a communal room with a kettle and microwave. Opposite the hotel, there's a big supermarket and a bus stop. On the seafront, a few metres away, there are plenty of restaurants. "

"The hotel is spotless and staff are friendly and hardworking. Room furniture is old style, yet perfectly functional, mattress was comfy and linen pristine. Junior suite is massve, we were told we had an upgrade however the suite we got is what we had booked. We went AI and while the selection wasnt massive, it more than met our needs. As a vegan, there was oat and soya milk and plenty of vegetable dishes, with chickpeas or lentils on most menus. AI drinks wete fine bar closed at...

"Incredible place. Took our two year old and everything was just effortless. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the villas, the pools, the breakfasts. We’re going to miss it! Incredibly relaxing. It’s not the cheapest place to stay in Tenerife it’s excellent value considering the quality of the accommodation and the facilities. They have a free shuttle that takes you down to the beach so you don’t need to think about parking, they even give you beach towels. That’s our second time visiting...

"We had a wonderful stay at this newly renovated hotel, it’s truly beautiful, immaculate, and very thoughtfully designed. You can really feel the care that went into every detail. The food deserves a special mention: absolutely fantastic. We stayed for 7 nights and never once had the same thing at the buffet. Everything was delicious, original, and clearly prepared with creativity and quality in mind. The staff were incredible across the board, from front office to the bar and restaurant....
