"We had a very pleasant stay at Sunset Bay Club. The check-in process was smooth and easy, the accommodation was clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The location was also very convenient for our family, with the beach, restaurants and shops within easy reach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was the price. After checking in, I noticed that the same accommodation was available at a noticeably lower price than what we had paid through our booking....

"We extended our stay and booked with the sol apartments i believe we were in one of the newly refurbished ones on the same floor as reception. The apartment was really clean very modern and the aircorn was amazing, the roof terrace we used every day and see having that space to yourself and everyone not crammed into one area was fabulous and the views were stunning the pool was lush and so much room around it. We probably would return as long as we requested not to stay on the basement level...

"Staff are very respectful, lovely and helpful. You can feel thy you’re in a 5 star hotel with their customer service going beyond and above. The only thing I’d add is that the cleaners don’t come everyday to change towels and clean the bin. Our bin would be full by the end of the day due to using apartment and having a baby. Overall the place is lovely, the area is perfect can see the beach opposite from the hotel."

"Reception had shocking customer service skills did not want to help whatsoever on arrival at 10pm was told we had no booking had to go and stay with family although I had my confirmation of booking and receipt of payment taken out of my account got a taxi back to the hotel next day to try to sort out my booking to be told again we have no booking I had book this hotel for 7 nights the staff did nothing we ended up staying on a family member’s sofa as their were no there hotels available...
