The staff are genuinely welcoming, not just polite, which makes a difference when you’re staying a few days. "Excellent hotel. Staff are amazing. Plenty of choice in the buffet. Particularly enjoyed The Beach Club restaurant. Pools are heated and there’s always loads of sunbeds available. Pool towels are also provided. Enjoyed the evening entertainment and bar staff always walking around ready to fetch you drinks. "

"There is so much to be impressed by at this hotel. When walking through the main entrance you are surrounded by Spanish culture. The breakfast has everything you would expect in a big hotel croissants, coffee, cereal, cheeses and meat etc. but in a beautiful Spanish room. There is a sitting room with piano, a small library with table. The room had lots of beautiful furnishings. The balcony had table and two chairs. "You will be staying in a section of a large resort. Your room may well be in amongst the all-inclusive families. Not an issue for us but if you are expecting exclusive adults only, then this is not the place for you. If you are expecting 5 star luxury, then this is not it. Don't spend money on a "premium/luxury" sunbed, the system felt like a scam, the service was terrible.
