We had an excellent stay! The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast was perfect, with a great selection of delicious food. The view from the rooftop terrace is absolutely stunning and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, always happy to help. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Lovely hotel with amazing views and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and staff replenishing things all the time. Sunloungers, jacuzzi, sauna and easy access to walks in the hills with lower temperatures than on the coast. Would definitely go again and would highly recommend.

Fantastic property. Staff very helpful. Lovely pool area and local tennis club. Area is very quiet - only slight drawback to this was needing taxi’s to get around but for 10-15€ could be in one of the local villages for shopping and really good restaurants etc.

Brilliant for those wanting to explore the volcanic area. Quiet and excellent star gazing. Food a little expensive but good quality. Very romantic,I proposed here.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Very centrally located for driving around various parts of the island. Gina (prob spelt wrong) was very helpful and friendly in her welcome. Would defo recommend and I would be very happy to return one day.

Homely place with amazing garden in a really lovely area.

Good breakfast. Good advice about activities for the day. Didn’t use pool as was a bit chilly. Yaiza itself is very sleepy. Not many places to eat- we went to El Golfo for dinner. Quiet B&b, v comfy bed. Simple change for owners to make would be to update bedlinen which may add touch luxury.

The initial receptionist was ‘cool’ towards us on arrival. Other staff members were great, and on leaving the female receptionist was so helpful and friendly. It’s a great place to stay. Our bathroom still had previous occupants hairs in the shower, and there were clearly sewerage issues. The room itself was light, airy, and simple, buy comfortable. Had it not been for the initial check in, and the hairs in the bathroom, a definite 5 stars. It’s still great value, and don’t let a cold...

Greeted at reception with friendly staff. I was impressed with the room (studio room). Very clean, big studio, great view of the pool from the large balcony. The reception staff was always willing to help. We booked the Siam water park from reception, that way you don't have to que up when you arrive at the water park. The pool was great with plenty of sun beds. Bar plays fun retro music happy hour 4-5pm. The hotel is well situated, not far from anything really. My niece & I really enjoyed...

The staff were charming and helpful. The room was very clean and our dog was very happy to be taken out on walks in the beautiful countryside

Clean room, friendly staff and comfortable bed. We took the half board option- evening meal was great.

Great location in quiet area - hrly shuttle to local beach -(blue flag, black sand, lovely) and town. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Spotless spacious rooms. We preferred room with mountain view as gets sun this time of year. Would definitely stay again.

lovely hotel...but car is nesesarry.cos there I nothing around..but everything is 30 min drive away..well worth going there..its cheap it has fantastic vie.very quet.we coming back again!

Loved view from room could do with a kettle and fridge in room so as store water to drink great and pleasant people
