"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. "The room was spacious and clean. The bed linen was nice and clean. Bathroom was clean and towels were very soft and clean. Location is great. Only drawback is there is no attendant after 8 pm so you must remember the code given to you at the time of check in , in order to go in and out of the hotel at night or you would be stuck outside. I strongly recommend that the hotel should display an emergency 24 hr number on their main door outside if guests get stuck outside for any reason past 8 pm....
