"The Bamboo was a great apartment hotel for a one night stay in San José. We had airline problems/last minute cancellation with American Airlines and didn't get in until late. The hotel made sure someone was there late and when we needed to go out to meet up with local friends they provided us with the garage gate opener. The breakfast was a great local home made dish."

"This is my second visit to Berlor. I had a smart room that was nicely appointed though small in size. The bathroom had pretty tile and was very functional. The free breakfast was hearty and filling. I would recommend and stay again!"

She also provide price info so we are assured. With affordablenprice, this place is 3 blocks away from market, central sqaure, and 5 blocks from bus station to San Jose. You can also take the bus to airport."

"I had a wonderful experience at Pibi Boreal hotel! The location is perfect—very close to the SJO airport, which made my travel so convenient. One of the best parts is the free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was punctual and easy to use. The hotel itself is spotless. "The property grounds are very well landscaped. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area needs to be better maintained as the decking needs to be replaced before it collapses when someone walks on it. The rooms need updating. Once the new owners take possession, maybe hey will make the necessary improvements. We would love to return once upgrades have been completed. "
