Cari Hotel di Cantón Talamanca

"The property was beautiful and clean, the staff was lovely and incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was amazing! Having only one coffee in the room for the 4 mornings (i.e. not replaced each day) was disappointing, but forced us to go out for a local coffee instead. Having small/snack items for late arrivals and/or while the bar is open would be a great idea."

"I can’t say enough about the property and the staff. We stayed in the Caribbean breeze cabin for 6 nights and it was an amazing experience. You are about 7 minutes from town in a beautifully manicured area which the staff takes care of all day long. The property is tucked just into the jungle off the beach so you get the best of both worlds. This is a place that will always hold a special place in our hearts and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable experience."

"Great location by the beach, the staff was great with nice amenities and plenty of nature and animals. Restaurants were also good"

"We booked a room based off the pictures in Expedia however the room we received was nowhere close what was on the pictures. Our room was also behind the bar and noisy. The AC also dint work in a country where the temperature went to 36C. The sink was broken. The room itself was very mediocre. The staff finally changed our rooms on day 3. The staff were very accommodating but the experience was extremely disappointing."

"The bungalow is well equipped and with direct access to the beach. The pool is amazing and the staff very friendly. The only points to improve are the location of the parking area and that the metal roof does not have sound isolation so when it rain is very noisy."

"Hotel is great, just a little bit too far from town. Asked for some ice and was never delivered, also told me they charge a cork fee for my wine to open in my room."

"Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, zeer ruime kamer. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Het zwembad is niet heel groot en er zijn niet veel ligbedden. De ligging is aan de rand van Puerto Viejo maar fietsverhuur en restaurants nog steeds op loopafstand."

"Recomiendo todo al 100, la dueña super. Fijo volveré"

"Precioso hotel en la playa. Personal muy servicial y amable. Zona de la piscina preciosa. Puedes ver fauna local en sus instalaciones."

"Great stay, I really recomend"

"Great location and not to far from town"

"Falta mantenimiento en las habitaciones los baños comunes del primer nivel muy desaciados, el desayuno del Domingo se acabó la fruta y el pan y no pusieron más ! Falta de planificación"

"Fantastic Host and staff. I was able to stay in two different locations here. The beach access was awesome if you’re looking for something away from the public beaches. Those can be crowded on the weekends. Across the street are an Italian and Argentinian restaurant, both very good. You can rent a bike or motorcycle as well at a shop about a 100m down the road. For me it was the perfect location that wasn’t in the crowded towns but not too remote."

"What an amazing stay from start to finish. The owners, Eric & Sharon were very hospitable and welcoming. Sharon suggested a few places for us to visit and they all ended up being highlights of our trip. The property is gorgeous, secure, very clean, and very comfortable. Every day started with coffee delivered to your room, and the staff prepares an AMAZING vegetarian breakfast from scratch. I am very particular about my food and I rarely eat the breakfast that is included with hotel stays, but...

"The property was quaint and peaceful. The breakfast was amazing. Thank you for everything."

"En ambiente natural y la playa muy bonito. En la habitación habían varios insectos."
