"Our room was clean and warm, bedding spotless and toilet and bathroom were clean, didn't use much within the kitchen facilities, but it had eveything to self cater. Deco is a little dark and a little depressing, would look cheary with white walls, but it's acceptable. Nice swimming pool, very quiet, good sleeps! If you want peace and quiet, this would be suitable. Plenty parking and it is only 10 minutes to walk to the Medival City "

"This is primarily an assisted living facility. The entrance was locked before we arrived and it was necessary to call security to let us in. No one spoke English. Breakfast was available for the residents but not for the guests as was dinner. There were no local restaurants except for a pizza takeout across the street. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The location is a ten minute walk from the medieval city walls. "

"This is a grand, elegant house with beautifully appointed and capacious rooms. There were several sitting rooms around the house, and lovely, festively-lit outdoor spaces. There is a swimming pool and a hot tub, with robes provided. The eclectic and tasteful decor mixed period fidelity and modern convenience. "We loved our stay in Carcasonne! The accomodation was in a perfect location for a stop on our cycling holiday along the Canal du Midi and had everything we could hope for. The beds were super comfortable, everything was lovely and clean, and Katy and her husband were so nice! The breakfast was also fantastic - highly recommend! "

"It was bitterly cold… And I was delayed by wintry weather in Manchester Airport and arrived much later than expected… The hotel staff responded by email to my email telling them that I would be late… And had prepared my room with an oil filled radiator pumping away at 24 C when I arrived….wonderful service …for which many thanks to the courteous and considerate staff."
