"I have never had such a difficult time with a booking before! The host of Travelstaycation notified me of a mistake with the address and that the apartment was at a different location than what was on my confirmation. I asked for an updated confirmation multiple times and she kept saying that I would get the corrected address information the day before check-in with instructions. The location is great and very close to the kc street car Kauffman stop, turning the entire downtown area from the City Market to the WWI park and Boulevard Beer into no car needed destinations."

"Great stay from check-in to check-out. Theus was warm, professional and welcoming. He went above and beyond to provide me with information about the city. The room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the on-site parking. For my stay I was able to walk or utilize public transit but still had to drive to partake in certain places. It was nice not having to worry about parking. Breakfast was very good and had a nice variety. I enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches. "
