"Thin walls between rooms Had a lamp which was faulty, twice had to request bulb be changed , finally lamp was replaced. Also, wall outlet nearest bed was not functioning. Lack of elevator meant lugging my very heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs.No coffee maker in room , should be a given in hotel rooms these days ."

"Fantastic views of Toledo during the day and night. Sitting on the terrace overlooking Toledo in the evening having drinks and dinner very romantic. Changing of the evening light and setting sun perfect vantage point. El Greco and a British artist David Bomberg painted views of Toledo from a similar vantage point. "

"The room was big enough that you won't hit your toes against anything. The breakfast was okay and priced well. The desk attendants were very helpful and provided good tips. I would stay again if I find myself in Toledo again."

"The hotel location is just outside the city walls approximately 10 minutes away. It is right next door to The Old Hospital Museum /Church which is worth a visit? Housekeeping is very good and the Hotel is in very good condition. Our room is spacious with an excellent view of the city. "

Only downside was rooms do not have curtains that keep the light out, so my blindfold came in handy. Traffic/outside noise did not wake me up until 7am and it was pretty quiet outside throughout the evening/night"

"We stayed in a very comfortable family room. The room fitted all four single beds comfortably and the shower room was a good size. The location was fabulous, down a quiet side street but not far from Toledo’s many wonderful sights. I definitely would recommend this as a good base for a stay in Toledo."

"Our room was nice and the location of the hotel was great! Close to the town and we walked from the train station taking about 15 minutes. Also the hotel has a nice view of Toledo! We did have a sewer type smell coming from our bathroom, however, that we thought would dissipate but it didn't unfortunately. Not sure if other rooms had the same situation. The mattresses on the bed were rather hard so it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. All in all would stay here again for the...
