"All in all a good experience, with one big exception (later below). The property was clean, staff was really great, happy, friendly, great service, and a really good value compared to the other nearby resorts. Restaurant was really good and they have a pool bar. "Broken toilet half way through our stay. One outside staff member was very slow on taking orders and was rather unresponsive to trying and getting our order placed. Eventually we got our waters and Nacho's but the tortillas were all very soggy and said it was probably because the staff that delivers the orders took it to the wrong location. "The hotel was mixed: when we arrived, the reception was behind a locked door. We had no idea where to go. Once we found reception, they were nice and helpful. It was clean, the ac worked just fine. You had to cross a major highway to get to the beach. There was a note in the room disclaiming liability for theft, death, injury. Plus check out is super early at 10 am for some reason, and their policy is to charge you $25 to extend it to 11am.
