"Rooms & all furniture in the bathrooms & bedroom needs to be really updated. The curtains in the windows needs to be replaced too, and all the beddings at the same time. I never saw any of the staff caring cleaning detergent to clean .
the staffs are friendly. The yard is nice well maintained and the beach is only few minutes away ."

"The customer service is top notch. Great staff. The Bare's are quite nice and the dorm could use a little love with the screens / lockers, but overall the Bula Bula vibe is real and the location is amazing- right on the beach - not far to Aquatrek- where I highly recommend the shark diving!"

"Good Bang for the Buck
I have stayed in at least a half a dozen hotels in Suva from High to medium end. This one is the winner overall for my business and shopping trips to Suva. My favorite thing was the Dream Bed that is so comfortable.
They each have a private balcony enclosed with a cement wall. It is furnished with a long ornate settee that you sit or stretch out on with a view of the harbor. You can't ask for more for comfort and privacy. .
They don't have a restaurant or a bar. ...

"The historical aspects of the establishment were appreciated, and the check-in process was highly efficient. "I found the staff to be friendly and the room to be fairly clean, but it smelled mildewy. The resort itself is in a state of disrepair with a dirty elevator, doors in the halls covered in stains and dirt. The breakfast was hit and miss, some of it was good some of it was really inedible. "This place is a true gem, from the staff to the food to the rooms. It is outstanding. I would caveat that it’s not for everyone, there are limited options of food, there’s no room service, and some of the staff returns home every night.
