I have found not only the hotel but the staff extremely friendly and helpful, we have stayed in one of the pool rooms and the pool/patio space has been more than sufficient with lots of space to swim around and enjoy our time. In the day we have mainly stayed at the Beach Pool and got drinks from the beach bar, and during the evenings entertainment had drinks from Aggeliki who has been more than polite, helpful and a joy to be around. "We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. "The breakfast everyday was delicious and very fresh! Fresh OJ every morning on the beach can't be beat. Always plenty of food with great choices. The service is top notch - for breakfast and the rest of the day. We got lunch on the beach one day and that was delicious too! And the gelato (although the scoops were a little small). Had ants on balcony on third floor coming from crack in structure, and saw lots of little deterioration of the property."
