"Au pavillon, il manquait d'ustensiles (une seule fourchette, 2 couteaux)... Les cuillères c'était ok. Aucun couteau coupant ou ouvre boîte de conserve. Par contre le service de l'hôtel a réagi très vite lors de mon appel a la réception pour demander ce sont j'avais besoin."

"The property was beautiful, cosy and welcoming. I loved the amenities they provide for the guests (plates, towels for pets, ustensils, microwaves, board games, a LOT of them). The owners live on site which is useful. Our room was super cute. I loved that they had individual themes, it felt very personal. The decorations were beautiful, a good mix of more modern furniture and vintage ones. Made for a very cosy room. The bed was wonderful, super comfortable and smelled clean. There were bathrobes,...

"I would have preferred to get an email or a text message saying the hotel is closing and give me instructions on how to get my key for my room! When I arrived, there was no one around, so I called the 1 800 number and they assisted me with where to go and what to do. Would have been better to have been notified as they closed the lobby/front desk! Great place and great staff! Highly recommend! Cheers"

"The motel was easy to find getting off the ferry and located in a close-by location for embarking going back to Riviere du Loup. Restaurant was nearby or perhaps it is actually owned by the motel? Appreciated the helpfulness in searching the room for my lost phone. By the way, I located the phone eventually!!"

"This is a wonderful property. I only ate breakfasts at the restaurant, but it was excellent. Next time I am there I will have dinner there, at the newly "Michelin recommended" restaurant. The room was great (this is the 2nd time I have stayed here, and both times the rooms were great) It is a very nice property, and a nice room. Parking was easy behind the building. The staff were very accomodating."
