"As a Platinum member, I was entitled to complimentary drinks, but this benefit was not recognized on-site, and the handling felt unreasonable. This may be an issue related to Expedia, but even so, a more professional and courteous response would have been expected from the hotel staff."

"This is a fantastic new property a few minutes walk from the centre of town. The staff were always friendly and the room was spacious with handy cooking facilities.. so great for a slightly longer stay. I also had an outside terrace area. It was also quiet at night, so great for a good night's sleep. "
