"Good stay. The breakfast buffet is absolutely great with tons of options, South Indian, North Indian, continental, etc. and the spa is great for a relaxing massage. While the rooms are definitely on the smaller side, they are super clean and modern. My only critique is that they lack some basic 5-star amenities like a hot tub or a sauna in the wellness area. Overall though, it's a solid, clean, and decent place to stay in central Chennai!"

"We stayed in Hyatt Regency Chennai for 12 days. We had a pleasant stay overall. The breakfast was the highlight of the day. Wide array of food was available and the staff were very friendly & polite. The rooms were clean & very comfortable . The staff in the parking lobby were very courteous and attentive. "I stayed one night at "Radisson Blu Hotel Chennai City Centre hotel, i am not ok with the service and the maintenance of the bathroom. I did late check-in, once i did check-in front desk person helped me on getting into my room. Room was maintained well and it was good. We spent an hour and after that i went to wash room, I could see the toilet was used by someone and it was not cleaned and flushed. When i called the front desk they said they will send the person to clean. after some time...
