"Sadly a bad smell from the carpet let the standards down. The hotel was otherwise clean and in good condition throughout. Staff were friendly and welcoming but could be a bit more forthcoming with general info rather than needing prompts. Car parking was ok but you had to pay by app to park. The bathroom was definitely compact, but adequate and clean. Overall we would stay again but it might not be our first choice"

"We arrived and our air conditioner did not work. It took the hotel 12 hours to JUST bring us a fan. It seemed as if the staff was not at all interested in helping us at all. So we were hot the whole time and we would walk out to the lobby where the air conditioning was blasting. They were not particularly nice, and the dirty room was not cleaned ONCE, except for the trash."

"The fact that as a guest paying around £200 a night (which is a lot of money for the general facilities of the hotel) and then you arrive to find that you also have to pay for parking at £10 per day is appalling, and leaves a really bitter taste in your mouth as soon as you have arrived at the property. Needless to say it really tinted our whole stay and I won’t be recommending the hotel to anyone. If you value your hard earned money, don’t stay here."

"I loved the unique theme. The staff were fabulous and the meals at Franks were wonderful. The A/C in the room worked great and the bed was very comfortable."
