Cari Hotel di Chesterfield County

"I have never stayed at the Jefferson before, so I was knocked out by the room, the service, and the quality of everything. We had in-suite dining and were highly impressed by both the food and the promptness of delivery. The parking staff, bell hops, and doormen were outstanding. We were mightily impressed by the seamless connection among the parking folks, luggage delivery, and the front desk. Many other hotels could learn from this service! We were at the Jefferson for a Wedding...

"Excellent, and the staff was very friendly."

"The staff was polite, friendly and welcoming. As soon as I got off of the elevator, the smell hit me and I was like this smells so good. I'm definitely returning for future stays"

"Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good."

"I was confused after arriving at the property. The pictures look clean and bright. The room looked dingy and hardly maintained. I didn’t take a shower because it was just kind of rough in there. Just slept & left. No amenities that I’m aware of but I could have missed something. Front desk staff helpful & kind."

"Room is clean and pretty quiet at night time."

"Everything was decent"

"Very easy, clean and comfortable. Rooms were much smaller than anticipated though."

"Some of the staff went above"

"The toilet would not flush and back up. When we notfied the front desk they instructed me to plunge as a guest. The tub would back up when we showered. There were blood stains in my sheets. The breakfast area was clean."

"Only stayed for one night for an event at the Convention Center. Perfectly located hotel. Suited our needs perfectly. Enjoyed our stay and ate both dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant - very good."
