"Good hotel with a good service at the heart of the city strategically located with private parking. The pool is very small but it wasn’t busy either. Buffet breakfast was nice overall you get what you are paying. I won’t hesitate to go back to stay while in Chiclayo. "

"Not a bad place, but for the price, It could be better - comparing after a full month in Peru. 1st when I got to my room - hot water didn't work in the shower. I went to the staff and she insisted that that's how showers work and that was fine. I said... no. In no other place in Peru in any hostel, hostal or hotels, showers were so bad. "Staff were very friendly. However I don’t understand why the room had a window onto the corridor which shone light into my room the whole night. Why not just put up curtains? "This is a 2 star hotel without air conditioning but the did provide a fan and to my surprise it was comfortable sleeping. The staff was very nice and helped me order pizza for delivery. "
