"Funcionários atenciosos. Excelente localização, quarto espaçoso, banheiro excelente. Entretanto, Elevadores lentos, o barulho do exaustor do banheiro irritante e ensurdecedor e sem opção de desligá-lo, o banheiro, apesar de muitas lâmpadas, falta iluminação central, móveis velhos. O 1° quarto que nos forneceram o ar cond não funcionava, e foi muito dificil convencer as pessoas para a troca de apartamento, até que reconheceram que de fato o ar condicionado não funcionava. Estranhamente, no quarto...

"Excelente ubicación, muy buena atención de todas las personas tanto en recepción como en el restaurant, eso es muy valioso. Hotel tradicional de punta Arenas, no es moderno pero muy limpio y acogedor. A menos de 3 cuadras de la plaza en un sector muy seguro para caminar hasta tarde y buena locomoción pública (colectivos y taxis) rico desayuno "

"Awesome, free capuchino, cookies, apples and bananas discreetly placed around the hotel meeting places.
Excelent breakfast.
Ample (outside) parking placr
Only problem found where the “cheap” rooms on the third floor looking to the west or town (not the park and river rooms towards the east) you can hear the squeek of the rooftop ventilators and for my specific weight (over 270 pound) found the matress much to soft and woobly"

"Nuestra estadía estuvo bastante bien. La atención de los recepcionistas fue excelente, al igual que la del personal del restaurante Dominga, especialmente Valentina.
Como punto de mejora, la atención del personal de aseo podría ser más eficiente. Solicitamos una frazada en tres oportunidades y nunca llegó. Además, no hubo reposición de papel higiénico durante nuestra estadía.
Por estas razones, no otorgo 5 estrellas."

Before making your reservation, you should know that this is a casino hotel; if you are planning on an early check-in, forget it—your room won't be available until after 2:45 PM."
