"Absolutely amazing. Dead-center of everything you'll want to see and do in Valparaiso.
If you can, get a room with the terrace view, which provides direct access to the stairs to the roof and its stunning 360 degree views.
The couple that runs this place are just lovely and very knowledgeable of the surrounding area.
Our only complaint was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room. A lot of the restaurants in the area served huge portions, and we had nowhere to put the leftovers."

"Very friendly staff. Spacious room (suite). A pretty good location; 10 minutes walk to the top 2 Santiago attractions: Cerro Santa Lucia and Cerro San Cristobol, and 5 minutes walk to the charming Lastarria neighborhood.The roof top cafe serve decent food, but with limited choices. The included breakfast had somewhat limited choices, but of high quality. The vintage building has some charming decor."

"Wonderful location in the middle of Punta Arenas. Beautiful hotel. Spotless and very well maintained. The concierge and staff were excellent. We stayed for the buffet dinner and absolutely loved it. Large selection of healthy options and desserts too! This is the place to stay if you're staying in Punta Arenas. Will most certainly return next time I passing through this part of wonderful Chile."
