"El hotel es excelente, su ubicación es inmejorable pero lo que destaco mas es la amabilidad de todo el personal. Tanto la recepción como todas las personas que trabajan en su restaurante en sus distintos horarios, son amables, dedicados, siempre con una sonrisa y con ganas de hacer que tu estadía sea inolvidable. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos y volveremos seguramente. "

"The shuttle drive was easy to locate, pleasant and friendly. I arrived off early 6 am flight, I was dissatisfied that although my room was ready, I had to pay 40 dollars to access it before noon. Also hotel site says 24 hr check in? So why charge more? That's not ethical, same when my onward flight departed midnight, extra 40 dollars for late check out, but hotel did not have any incoming booking. Staff very helpful. But not told of local riots in adjacent streets. Other hotels advised guests to...

"Lovely boutique hotel in a great neighborhood! Our room was spotless, we had a bottle of sparkling white as a welcome, breakfast was fresh and delish. The atmosphere of the Castillo Rojo is just charming! Happy hour every day on the patio...just wonderful! The staff could not have been any better! We LOVED our stay at the Castillo Rojo and loved our stay in Santiago!"
