"Muy mala experiencia, teniendo confirmacion y reserva por mail de hotels.com , al llegar a pucon, llame para informar que llegaria mas tarde de lo informado y me dicen del hotel que mi reserva no existia y que ellos no trabajan con hotels.com. llame para que me solucionaran el problema, hable mas de 10 veces y aprox 4 horas con hotels.com y no tuve solucion. Quede con mi familia en pucon abandonado sin posibilidad de ir a otro hotel o cabaña ya que estaba todo full. Tuvimos que dormir la prinera...

La calefacción central excelente, el servicio de restaurante es bueno considerando para los desayunos ampliar la variedad. El precio respecto de los servicios recibidos es bastante elevado si se compara con otros hoteles ,5 estrellas los cuales ofrecen por ejemplo : sauna, jacuzzi, spa. "Great location with amazing views. The spa was excellent, my wife had a massage and facial and said it was great. With super friendly staff. We did have problems with check in, waited around for 2 hours and could only check in at 6pm. The staff in the restaurant where nice and friendly."

"An awesome location. Stayed a little before the season so it was quiet. Excellent location, the domo was very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. "

"The woman in the front office was very kind and friendly. She even gave us an upgrade to a larger room at no extra charge. She was flexible and let us check in early. The room itself was spotless and everything worked. It had a complete kitchen with everything we needed to cook several meals. The bathroom even had a bidet attachment which is often unavailable when travelling. The hotel's windows had stunning views of the lake. The grounds are beautiful and there is even a pool and area to sit and picnic (or drink) on the hill of the property overlooking the lake. This hotel is listed as "pet friendly" and it is, but we were pleasantly surprised that there were no animal odors or fur in our room. Again, it was spotless. I can't say enough for the yellow cat (one of the owner's themes) Los Gualles (etc.) Hotel in Pucón. "
