"Staffs like Koi were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is clean and close to many restaurants and shopping places. Would stay again."

"We totally enjoyed our stay at this top rated resort. The highlight would be the aquarium and the Aqua Adventure Park, where hotel guests can have unlimited entry during their stay. All the dining restaurants were excellent quality and value for money. We had great service from house keeping, the concierge and front desk. In particular, Will and Hale from the Concierge Desk and Hale at the front desk. The only disappointment was that we did not have a buttler during our stay ."

"The hotel was easy to find and navigate, the rooms had everything you needed. The staff however were extremely rude and not helpful at all. The TVs had no English channels at all but then i guess that is to be expected."

"service is crazy good and they have a 24/7 butler that you can text for anything via wechat. everything is amazing and extremely clean"

"Great location and friendly staff. It is close to lots of restaurants, and the metro is within walking distance. I appreciated that I could get where I needed to on the metro without making many stops, so the location feels more central than the last hotel I stayed at. I didn't discover the beautiful walking path along the canal until the last day, and I found even more places to explore. The rooms were cleaned every day, which was nice. Our room had a cigarette smoke smell, so I should've asked...

"Nice clean quite big room"

"The room is quite large and clean. The sea view is gorgeous. The breakfast is crowded and quality is so so."
