"amazing all staff were so kind and helpful throughout our stay"

"Clean room perfect for a family with children. Large space, room for storage, perfect amenities. Shower was clean with great water pressure, separate toilet room with heated seat auto-flush pedestal. Hotel was in fantastic location, very close to two subway lines. Yuyuan garden across the street. Lots of breakfast options at the included breakfast bar. Front desks staff were friendly and very helpful. Even helped with online ordering or takeout food when my app wouldn't work. Highly...

"Me encantó el hotel, excelente servicio, la comida muy buena. Mil gracias a todos"

"Great location!"

"I would have given the hotel a 5 star rating had it had a lobby sitting area (lounge) not just the cafe! There should be a few chairs out the door for guests waiting for a ride! Breakfast at the club leaves much to be desired, the food variety felt like a small motel off the highway with no star rating!! At the price per night breakfast should be better ten folds!"

"The room is quite large and clean. The sea view is gorgeous. The breakfast is crowded and quality is so so."

"Nice clean quite big room"

"Rom litt lite,"

"Beberapa properti kamar seperti lampu meja , lampu tegak dan peralatan lain yang kurang berguna , perlu disingkirkan sehingga kamar tampak lebih lega , lebih bail bila bisa dibuat jadi design modern sederhana."

"The staff is out of this world! Everyone working there is very nice and helpful. They make you feel comfortable and heard. I would recommend this hotel to someone who doesn’t want to spend too much but still want a to be in a comfortable space in a very nice location."

"Really good stay. Concierge team was exceptional amongst a great overall service experience from the hotel staff."
