"Where to began … I was only there for one night too however this was my sixth stay. I will begin with the front desk agent. She did not greet me nor Welcome me back which was a first. Further instead of acknowledging me she proceeded to guide over another front desk agent as if she was training. I would have preferred being acknowledged first and maybe after checking me and then proceed with training. After checking me in she proceeded to tell me that the room may not be ready at 3 pm...

"Double glazing is currently being installed in all units which will help cut the traffic noise but the train subway runs underneath the building and you can hear the trains day & night. Units are a little tired & need a referb. Would I stay there again? No."
