"We called a week in advance to make sure we would be able to check in late at night, and were told we'd "receive the necessary information closer to the day". We didn't receive any information. On the day, we messaged because we couldn't call, and there was no reply. When we got to the property, there was nothing that could tell us how to check in or where our room was, so we called, and only then, we got instructions via text.
