"The hotel is in a good location, close to the city centre and Northbridge. Kings Park and Elizabeth Quay are quite walkable, particularly the latter. The rooms are spacious, clean, and mostly have basic amenities. We were a little unhappy that dental kits weren't available in the room, and we were asked to come down to the reception to get them, as opposed to being helped out by housekeeping. We also needed an extra chair as we were working from the hotel, but were informed that we would need...

"Excellent location for convenient and easy access to F&B, transport and grocery. Nice river view and quiet surrounding, occasionally could hear ambulance siren as the hospital is just nearby. Most staff are friendly, especially Francesca is very polite, patience and helpful."

"I had no complain during my stay there. Everything was fine."

"It was ok, but missed the mark. I usually try and be positive but this place markets itself as a chic inner city stay, the reality is it feels kind of cheap and is abit grubby. The quilt wasn’t in a cover and was foul and stained and the horrible industrial grade carpet had really weird stains too. Appreciate that the noise and arrests happening outside aren’t the properties fault but it all added up to a weird stay."

"The rooms were big and had everything necessary for a short stay. Decor was a bit outdated and a bit dusty. Convenient location. Wifi was slow so decided to use data instead. Check in was a bit confusing from the convenience store and having to enter via the carpark instead of the main door at night but it didn’t pose any big problem."

"Staff were friendly and super accommodating. A big thankyou to Kirsty especially. Facility was well located around shops, restaurants with picturesque parklands and waterways. The room had a beautiful outlook and was filled outdoor light which gave it a warming and spacious feel. Would highly recommend and will definitely be making this our go to when visiting Perth."
