"Location is good. Beach just in the front. Next is Cole & Liquorland. Many restaurants, cafes, pub and fast food within walking distance. However the building is a very old apartments, entrance is small just enough for 1 car. Once in you have to back up all the way out of the Apartments compleks. It is moore like a 3 stars Apartments. Extra charge for clean up daily. Room is Not the same as in pictures. Free Wifi only max 200MB daily!"

"The day before arrival we received an email to manage our expectations, telling us that the property has no WiFi as advertised and we hat the property is ‘budget’, and not to expect anything from it (nice to let us know the day before huh). Property condition is poor, badly maintained, leaking taps, inadequate air conditioning, rock hard beds and slabs for pillows. Location however is great, right on Scarborough beach. If you are after budget and location, then great. If not. Avoid "

"We loved our cabin that was a great size, clean . The cafe was excellent with a fair prices for very generous meals. The natural surroundings was wonderful with various waterbirds swimming on the lake. We will definitely visit again."
