"First time staying at the property and for 3 nights, nice friendly environment, would have liked to stay longer but couldn't rebook a room with own shower ect."

"Excellent place to stay not far about 10-15 minutes drive from Perth Airport. Comfortable studio room and bathroom. No need of the kitchen facilities as I got a great pizza takeaway from across the road. The reception had a list of food options which was good. A short walk up to Midland shopping centre. Super quiet room 503B so I slept well after a long flight. There was no parking available here so parked at the adjacent car park using the Easy park app which I downloaded on arrival quite...

"The rooms are right in among the vines. Very clean and comfortable. Staff at the restaurant/bar were knowledgeable about the products. Great place for a sundowner after exploring Swan Valley for the day"

"It was a motel at hotel prices. Room was clean, but it is ageing. More importantly, the room was not sound proofed. Guildford sits right under the flight path, so we were woken by very low aircraft from very early in the morning. The pub was cool, but this was definitely a country pub with a motel attached, despite the rates and proximity to the city. It was okay. Might stay again, as it is close to my brother's house, but only if there is a good deal on rooms."

"Does not look like the photos. Did not feel safe at all. Shower leaked water everywhere. Walls were dirty and had holes in them. Paint peeling. Overall very disappointed. I have stayed in older properties across Central Queensland and never had to put up with this."

"The signage for the property is so small that for a moment you feel you are lost ,a bit of confusion from the people as if they did not realise i was booked in, however the bed is so comfy and really had a peaceful sleep "
