"The front staff was great, the beds seemed smaller than other queens, the room felt cramped, mostly recommended for a quick stay not for many days, especially with children simply because it isn't too spacious. "Property advertises a pool and hot tub. Neither was available due to extended renovations. This is false advertising and I should be refunded. Hotel staff totally unapologetic. Property in poor condition throughout. Drop ceiling panels missing, with pipework and insulation visible. Toilet doesn't flush reliably. Bathroom sink drains slowly. Baseboard fell off and is sagging loose. Unattended exterior doors, that nominally have keycard security, open without a keycard scan. Look...
