"Property is very run down. Pictures do not depict this at all. Carpets very stained. Door key didn’t work half the time and when told staff they didn’t work was told to just keep trying. Basically had to break the door to get in."

"The rooms was getting remodeled so they have potential... but our rooms never got cleaned in 3 days had to ask for fresh towels daily. Just need to to basic stuff to make the stau better . But they have potential to be a nice hotel but customer service sucks !!!"

"The room okay. The carpet felt dirty on bare feet. I did not like that we didn't get room service or the option for room service. The had a sticker on the bathroom mirror that said you would get room service every 3 days, which we were only staying 3 nights - no room service for fresh towels, get our trash, etc. Everywhere else I have been, they offer daily room service if I chose."

"Shawn at the front desk was amazing! He was so accommodating and went above and beyond for all guests! Staffing wasn’t ideal, and you could tell that they were understaffed. Breakfast was served every morning at 6 AM. The kids had a blast at the pool area. Now, as far as the room goes. They were clean, but due to the high volume of guests and inadequate staffing it was hard to keep up with towels & wash clothes."

"Staff were helpful and friendly. My biggest disappointment was the lack of a mini fridge in the room. Most hotels of this caliber provide a mini fridge, and it would have been useful for beverages and snacks."

"As soon as we got there, we were informed the pool was broken (part reason we booked this stay). After a day, we needed more towels and we called the front desk and nobody answered, then we sent a text and they called saying they were short staffed and it was only them so we would have to get the towels ourselves. We went down to the front desk and asked for towels and the lady replied with a rude tone “which ones!?” And we said all of them and then we asked got another role of toilet paper and...
