We were looking forward to using the restaurant and bar and the kids were excited to spend the day in the indoor pool. "We stayed there for four nights. The beds were decently clean, yet the room has a stale smell, the bathroom fan was giving a weed smell for the first night. The staff was friendly and helpful. My recommendation for the management to add more towel drying racks in the bathroom and by the sink; replace stained and dirty mesh office chairs with a smooth surfaced chairs that will be easily to maintain in clean condition; and run the air conditioner on "dry" setting prior the guest's arrival. "I choose the hotel as one of my other options had clearly mentioned their pool is going under maintenance.. decided to book this.. and for all my stay their pool area was not working, when asked it was a regular maintenance and would take couple hours.. however these couple hours lasted my whole stay.. my kids were disappointed"

"Great location. Parking is in a garage so plan accordingly. Large trucks won’t fit in the hotel garage, but there’s one nearby with more clearance that’s connected with a skybridge. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Location is unbeatable. Highly recommend!"
