"Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. The room wasn’t bad, but could’ve been better maintained. Above bed lights had cobwebs in them and the pull out bed mattress cover was not clean. Definitely an older place that just needs some upgrades. It was fine for the night "

"We only needed a place for one night so this place was fine. Im not sure I would stay any longer then that. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear all the noise going on. Like I said we only needed it for one night so it was fine, but I will avoid staying there again."

"Family and I enjoyed our stay. However we were given a room that didn’t match the photos. They lure you in with false pics. And then tell you to cancel your Expedia and book through them for a better room. Felt a bit dishonest but I rolled with it. Next time I will confirm because there was no sofa bed in the room and the room pics on exp have one. "

"Everything was great from the check in until check out. Children enjoyed the spacious room, pool and breakfast. No complaints would book again."

"The room we were given was dirty and the phone didn't work. The girl that checked us in was amazing. She upgraded us to a suite which was clean but the toilet didn't work. Instead of moving again, since we were right by the stairs, we used the restroom that was available on the first floor. The breakfast was adequate. The staff were great! The Novi location was so much better."

"Every thing were great from room to breakfast and staff were amazing except we were expecting the pool to be opened as there was no mention of it being closed when we made the booking. However,, we still enjoyed the stay and definitely will recommend the property."

"It was fine. Clean, friendly, helpful. Breakfast was standard and okay. Rooms a little dated and tattered here and there but it didn't affect the ability to rest and have a place to unwind. "
