Cari Hotel di Kabupaten Cole

"The hotel was very old and in need of pretty serious renovations. They also don’t have basic amenities like a microwave or a fridge in the rooms. Aside from that it was okay. The room seemed clean enough but the AC has a low, medium, high dial setting and no real way to control the temperature. I would personally not stay here again unless I had to, but there wasn’t really any one thing that made it so awful I would never return."

"Could not understand the clerk"

"The room is clean and the staff are helpful"

"It was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was really tiny making using the toilet a little difficult. Good restaurant with friendly staff. Parking was limited so I got permission to park in a reserved space, although I was nervous they would tow the car away."

"Rooms were dirty (the walls and doors specifically were disgusting)."

"A slightly concerning number of dead bugs"

"The ladies at the front desk really made all the difference to me. I wish I could remember both of their names. One's name, I think, was Gabby. They could not have been more courteous, welcoming and helpful. Always a smile and eager to help. They get the five stars. About everything else: I do wish the shower had more pressure, and the cooling unit vibrated to the extent that I put my suitcase on top of it to stop the vibration noise. We were unable to raise the shades, but this was hardly worth...

"The property was well maintained. Very helpful when asking questions."

"I had reservations and had already paid for the room. Arrived at 11pm, no one working the desk, the door was locked. Rang the bell, called the number on the sign no one answered the phone. There were two other people at the door trying to get in. After 30 minutes of no answer I drove down the road and got a room at another hotel. DO NOT recommend this place."

"Nice place..."

"This property continually canceled my booking for no real reason. They said my card was not going through, but all my other bookings went through on my same card with no problem. I tried to book this house three times and every time Expedia would say I still had the booking so I would go to check in and the property management company would say that they emailed me to let me know the booking was 😡 This was a huge inconvenience and left me with no where to stay twice on my trip. I finally just...

"The hotel was closed. I could not even get in the parking lot. I had to make other arrangements at another hotel, which cost me twice as much. I’m not happy with this at all and it doesn’t sound like I’m gonna be getting a refund for quite some time either. "

"This was an interesting experience. I booked a stay here or at least I thought I did for 6 nights. I received confirmation from Hotels.com and thought nothing else of it until I arrived and found out I had no room. In a panic I contacted Conestoga via Hotels.com. Nick from the property contacted me quickly and explained they never confirmed the reservation from Hotels.com but he worked with me to get a room for 3 nights. He was outstanding and worked with me during late hours. He also contacted...
