Cari Hotel di Distrik Kolombo

"Everything was absolutely great here EXCEPT they charged me a hefty fee to get into my room a few hours early after a long overnight flight when I just needed to sleep. The room was clean and available, but they didn't let me in without paying extra. I was already paying a lot for a nice room so that annoyed me. And I checked out the night before and of course they didn't give me any money back for leaving 14 hours early. A premium hotel with nice employees and excellent food. BUT little...

"Great location! It’s connected to a shopping mall. Room is clean and gorgeous. We’d like to come back soon."

"It's a beautiful 5-star property, centrally located, on the ocean, with a history of over 160 years, with excellent amenities, including salt water swimming pool, gym, and restaurant, where royalty, prime ministers, presidents, movie stars, and celebrities have stayed over the years. It's highly recommended."

Interior kamar type minimalis modern. Kamar cukup bersih, luas nya sedang utk 2 orang. Kamar mandi bersih, hanya amenities sangat standard. Kualitas sabun dan shampoo harus...

"Incredible hotel, Erenga at reception was really lovely and helped us sort out an issue with our room. The customer service was unmatched. The breakfast was also phenomenal!"

"excellent service. especially receptionist who checked us in at night. I think Dhillini."

"I had a wonderful short stay at this hotel. The property was very well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I especially enjoyed the delicious food at the poolside restaurant and its relaxing setup. I would happily stay here again."

"The worst front of house experience I had during my entire trip from staff member Zaid. No smile, no hello, not a single word uttered, just a blank stare until we mentioned we were there to check in, which was then followed by the word 'passports'. This man should be working with machines, not people. The 'gym' is a tiny room squeezed to the brim with odd bits of equipment, pretty dated and unusable. The rooftop dining area is also very dated and not a resemblance of the photos. Other than the...

"Lokasih hotel bagus mau makan cukup gampang tapi pelayanan hotel ini kurang bagus jadi merasa kurang nyaman"

"Best"

"The staff were excellent and super helpful/attentive. They help carry your stuff to your room when you first get in, and will always ensure that you have everything you need during your stay. The room was generally clean, but because of the humidity, it can sometimes smell damp if the AC hasn’t been on for a while. Also, beware in my room and my friend’s room, there was some mould on the shower grout (it’s all tiled). Additionally, (mine was fine) but my friend’s mini fridge in her room was not...
