We were in room 104 which unfortunately was right next to the bridge where day travellers go for pictures making the location very noisy and busy. I understand that the hotel wish to make money from these day trippers they do this with the services just at the entrance to the resort at the casual...

"The property was usable; however, it could use some remodelling. The bed mattress was very soft. Insufficent electrical outlets to plug in your computer. The price however was very good."

"I was surprised how much I liked this hotel. The staff was super helpful and we corresponded by email before about a few things and they were so quick to respond and help. The room was nice. The massage I had in the spa there by Agnes was one of the best ones I've had! And I stumbled upon the spa area downstairs and the sauna and steam room were great - clean and nice. The only downside was it wasn't right in town but was so close and quick to drive or catch a shuttle. I wish there was a bike...

"We really enjoyed our stay! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Golden was a great base for exploring the mountains, Yoho National Park, Emerald Lake, waterfalls, and hiking trails. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend it."
