"Excelente lugar, la ubicación es muy buena, las camas cómodas y sobre todo limpieza, lo cual se valora bastante. Solo tengo un pero y es que la alberca no está climatizada y el agua estaba helada, además la tina de hidromasaje no funcionaba. Por el resto todo excelente."

"The La Corrala de Realejo is a wonderful gem, tucked away in the narrow, winding, cobbled-stone paths of Granada. The interiors have been thoughtfully renovated to reflect the architecture of the ancient city. Plus, the view of the Sierra Nevada from our living room was wonderful. Everything in the property worked fine and the staff were warm, welcoming and helpful all through!"

"Amenities listed weren't accurate. No laundry, no Continental, we didn't even have water the last day. Like no running water at all. Ridiculous.
Check in email stated we had to check in before 2pm or after 5pm so we changed our train time to get there and when we called to get inside we were rudely told Check-in wasn't until 3pm... they let us in half hr early eventually but this is a disorganized hotel.
Shame too, the penthouse was cute.
But having water is a basic necessity that was not...

"We paid parking fee in advance, but couldn’t reach the parking spot by following the instructions as there are police officers stopping you to drive towards the parking spot on a street only authorized bus/taxi can be allowed, I showed our reservation and the email/instruction to the officer but it didn’t work. We have to park a 40 minutes walk away and it took us 3 hours to finally check in after we arrived the town as you can’t communicate with the host if you don’t speak Spanish. Please...
