"I did not like the breakfast choices. Everyday same items & staff wasn’t attentive most days. No fresh fruit, no eggs, no hot cereal…I would’ve enjoyed more choices. There was only 1 staff member (short hair, piercing) that was friendly and attentive. All others seemed bothered to be at work!"

"The hotel is very close to the railway station,only about 5 minutes walk. It has cooking facilities, so we can cook noodles after a tired day. The environment is nice and quiet. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, it has cooked vegetables, eggs and meat."

"Excellent location, very close to the Moulin Rouge and Montmartre, but in a quiet side road away from busy traffic. The apartment had everything we needed, and the bed was really comfortable. It's also surprisingly spacious for Paris. The only thing they could do with is air-conditioning in the rooms and breakfast hall - we struggled in the recent heat wave; but the fans provided helped."

"I found it inconvenient that we needed to refill our bottle water at the ground floor... I think if Citadines wants customers to refill, then they should have a water dispenser in each floor... there were times I was in my Pajamas already and I had to go down just to refill. Or perhaps there can be an area wherein we can just get new bottles filled with water already and just deposit the empty botttles..."

"This was a wonderful place to stay. The bus and metro was within walking distance as were several stores and restaurants. There was the ability to do laundry here and the rooms were spacious and had a mini kitchen. The only downside was there was not elevator so to get to the rooms we needed to climb a couple flights of stairs with luggage. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"It is located just behind Sacré-Cœur and you can access the city center of Paris by foot (or public transport). The hotel is wonderful! It comes with spacious rooms (including a kitchen) and laundry-facility. Overall the hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay here again, when we are back in Paris!!"

Pauline, the Concierge, reached out as soon as I booked and was extremely attentive and helpful along the way! Such a fun way to pick-up the key! The moment we walked in, the lobby space & apt had that chic, luxury hotel scent (not cloying!), the bathroom space & products were PERFECT (high-end hair dryer💋), and big French window let in air & light! Everything as described but even...
