"Staff was very helpful"

"Parfait"

"A disappointing experience for our 30th anniversary My husband and I booked our Paris stay two months in advance to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. After more than seven hours of travel, we arrived at Hilton Garden Inn Massy and were told that the hotel was closed and we would be relocated to a nearby apartment. We requested comparable hotel accommodation and explained that we were flexible about the location. The staff eventually arranged another hotel and agreed to reimburse the taxi...

"Unhelpful receptionist, barely a hello. The next day when we came in literally no eye contact and no greeting. Booked for 2 adults and 2 children, sofa bed not made and had to make it ourselves. We didn’t check in late - it was 23:45. Exceptionally, exceptionally hot. An electric fan in room, as advertised, but I cannot describe how uncomfortably hot this room was."

"Je recommande vivement, petit déjeuner à volonté excellent. La chambre duplex parfaite."

"For somewhere to stay one night whilst traveling does the job. Basic price. Ideal location and suitable price point. Would i stay 2 nights unlikely but would I stay again when traveling yes"
