"Unhelpful receptionist, barely a hello. The next day when we came in literally no eye contact and no greeting. Booked for 2 adults and 2 children, sofa bed not made and had to make it ourselves. We didn’t check in late - it was 23:45. Exceptionally, exceptionally hot. An electric fan in room, as advertised, but I cannot describe how uncomfortably hot this room was."

"Did the job for 1 night as we were exhausted. But will never stay there again. It was dirty and we saw roaches. It was supposed to be a nonsmoking room but there were cigarette burns on the bed cover. Also, people live there long term. Will never stay there again"

"Paris Saclay was good value for money on the outskirts of Paris. We had a car and so needed parking, which was free. The room was clean, and available facilities were standard, just as you would expect. We chose this hotel to be close to Versailles, which we were to visit the next day; it was easy to find. Across the road was a good Italian restaurant, as the hotel restaurant was catering for another function. We stayed two nights and the pizza at the bar was very nice too."
