"We booked the main hotel but we’re put in the apartment block away from other guests on the same booking"

"Check-in was easy we were promised an upgrade that we never got. Our room basically overlooked the trashy side of the hotel, not a big deal as we were not there long. It is a resort property that it seems like many people came to take advantage of the full board, which we did not know about a time of booking. I would say if you’re going to stay at the hotel and eat at the hotel, definitely go full board. It will save you some money. The room was nice, but the toilet seat was broken and the sink...

"Good"

"Had to wait two and a half hours for room to be ready, and the safe didn’t work , not worth the 400 euros a day . "

"Room was clean, Staff was grateful"

"Beautiful location, good beds, nice pool. Breakfast is not cheap, but pretty extensive."

"Standard resort hotel, good value for money and good quality restaurant. However we were allocated a room above the bar that suffered from both noise and cigarette smoke. We were told that the hotel was full and that we could not move until the next night. The process of moving was made as difficult as possible and at no point did we feel that the staff took our request seriously- we were left with the impression that we were an inconvenience. After moving we were quite happy with the stay but...

"Recomendo vivamente!!
