"Wir hatten als Familie mit zwei Teenagern zwei Zimmer gebucht und haben tolle Zimmer mit eigenen Zwischenflur bekommen, so dass wir einen eigenen Bereich für uns hatten. Die Zimmer und das Flair des Hotels sind wie erwartet und haben Charme. Uns haben vor allem die alten Dokumente zum Hotel entlang der Korridore gefallen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Zum Abendessen sind wir die wenigen Minuten in die Stadt gefahren. Aber den Abend haben wir trotzdem an der Bar ausklingen lassen. Die Lage am See...

"Staff was amazing. We had an issue with our rental car and the concierge went above and beyond anything we could have expected to help us. Rooms were beautiful extremely quiet. Beds were very comfortable and room was very spacious. Location is amazing. Right in the heart of the nightlife with great pubs, restaurants and shopping. Killarney is a very walkable city and this hotel makes a great location as a base to go see the National Park, Mucross, or even taking a drive to Dingle....

"The room was beautifully appointed, the bathroom as well, all very clean and the staff were friendly. The scenery, their gardens, the ruins an neighbourhood farms all made it even more charming. The breakfast was delicious. Would love to come back and stay again! "

"There were many aspects that didn’t quite work out. The elevator was broken down, and apparently there was one in the back but no one showed us the way. Our radiator in our room was crazy warm, and there was no way to turn it off. When I went to reception, there wasn’t anyone down there for 5 minutes, and then he proceeded to condescendingly tell me there was a thermostat (there wasn’t). Ultimately he brought us a fan. If street noise is a dealbreaker for you, I’d choose elsewhere."

"We stayed here for a quick one night visit to Killarney. Location of this hotel is great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Don’t plan on sleeping in a bit…. Housekeeping staff set up all cleaning carts and dirty laundry bags in the hallway and are talking loud to each other starting a little after 7am. Not considerate of sleeping guests. "

"The Hotels is in beautiful location overlooking the lakes and mountains.As you enter the hotel you are met by the most helpful reception staff and the decor of the hotel is incredible. The comfort and quality of the accomodation was more than perfect. Restaurants and bars over look the views and encourages you to switch off and relax. The pool and sauna overlooks the scenery also. "Overall the hotel was wonderful and in an amazing location. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the shower. The curtain used made a large mess on the floor every time we showered. Overall would definitely recommend to anyone in the area."

"This is a tough review since our previous stay was at a 5 star hotel. Facility was nice but parking was scarce, even though the hotel is in an open area. The rooms was clean, but nothing special.
