"We stayed at the St Helens Hotel in a family room. The staff were very helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to help.
We made use of the hotel gym, and had breakfast on one of the mornings day where there was plenty of choice. Again, the staff at breakfast went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
We often ate out in the garden and the staff provided blankets and heating for when it got slightly chilly.
brilliant hotel and a wonderful stay.

"We had a lovely stay at the Royal Marine Hotel. Our room was spacious with three huge bay windows overlooking the sea, an enormous comfortable bed and an excellent shower. It was very clean, although a fresh coat of paint and some attention to the skirting boards would make it even better. The room was generally quiet, apart from some noisy neighbouring guests one evening. The spa was fantastic. The receptionist was incredibly friendly, welcoming and funny, and really made us feel at ease. My...
