"Appreciated the wifi. There was no breakfast, there was a pool....a scary unusable pool. The ice bucket in our room was dirty. Great bed. Nice size room. My husband tripped on the high side of the shower/tub and fell. There was no facial tissue in the slot in the bathroom. We did not get fresh towels until i went downstairs and asked the mgr. The ice machine on the 2nd floor didn't work. The elevator smells.funny. the front person didn't answer the bell for 10 minutes when we arrived. The phone...

"I would like to express my extreme disappointment with my stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was in terrible condition: it had a very bad smell, was extremely hot, the walls were dirty, the bed sheets appeared unclean, and the floor was visibly filthy. Overall, the room looked like it had not been properly cleaned at all. In addition, the hotel advertised that breakfast was included, but there was literally only coffee...

"So I checked into my room after walking my dog. The toilet wouldn’t flush. I called the front desk and maintenance was not on staff and they couldn’t switch me to another room for whatever reason so I had a non functional toilet for my stay. No offer of a discount, a free breakfast or even a bottle of water. Who stays anywhere without a toilet????"

"The room was very nice, and I really like the Avid hotels….but they put queen size sheets on a king size bed so the second we laid down they popped off the edge. The trainee at the front was very friendly but the person training her was not. The breakfast was very good and it is a very clean nice hotel so a few things that are negative very fixable. "
