The property needs to be renovated. The rooms look old & they smell. The bed was ok but I wouldn’t even sit on the couch or chair. The breakfast consisted of 2 cereals, muffins, toast, coffee & orange juice. The worst breakfast I have ever seen in a hotel. And if you didn’t get a cup of coffee by 9:00 it was gone. The only reason I stayed here it was the only room I could find during the hurricane evacuation. Would never recommend.

We were impressed with the hotel, friendly and helpful staff, the room was nice and clean, ac was on which was a very nice thing since it was 95 outside. Let’s discuss the shower, super impressed with the endless hot water and pressure, we have stayed in a lot of hotels and air bnb over the years but never had hot water for everyone and definitely not actual pressure! Very nice we would stay again if ever in this area!

There were homeless in the parking area. There was feces in the hallway. The room smelled of mildew. I immediately left and found some place else to stay.

Unfortunately we were not able to stay at this location. The room had a heavy smoke/Marijuana smell. Outside of the room there were people loitering around that made my wife and children very uncomfortable. The staff was very helpful and understanding of our concerns and helped cancel our reservation. I would not recommend staying at this location. There are many other options in Hattiesburg to choose from.

We were placed upstairs there was no ac. We couldn't read the dial to know where to turn the know. Had to feel the air to see when it was on cold. It never fully got cold. We waited 30 minutes and my wife was overheating and the room would not get cold. The room was not up to code. The smoke detector was missing completely. And there was mold growing all over the coils of the wall ac unit. We've stayed many times at other days inn and never experienced anything like this.

The room was disgusting. Everything was dirty and stained. There were crumbs in the chair from someone else’s meal. The bed was the cleanest place in there and the pillow cases and sheets had holes and stains on them. I’m pretty sure the hand towels were also dirty still. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in
