"The hotel’s main areas were nice. However, I was shocked at how run down the rooms were for the price we paid. Our main issue was being woken up about every 45 minutes to hotel guests talking in the halls and opening/shutting their doors. It finally quieted down around 3:30 am. I understand the hotel cannot make guests have respect for others, but the lack of insulation to keep the noise down was terrible. It sounds as if you left your door wide open to hear everything going on in the hall. Not...

"Was awakened by the security guard banging on our neighbors door over and over saying open up open up then there was an alarm that kept going off over and over and over it smelt like cigarette smoke. It was fairly clean, but it had a little bit of damage to the room, my son went out to get in the hot tub, and there was no one out there, and he was told to leave. There was no signage saying the hours of the hot tub since we were awake so early he decided to go get in the hot tub about 8 o’clock...

Staff literally told me the owner was too cheap to fix anything so they are running on 2 out of 5 hot water heaters and apparently it's been that way for months. "We appreciated the close and free parking. The hotel was very charming and full of character. We rented the King Suite and enjoyed the extra space along with the 2 fireplaces- non working of course. Reasonably priced and close to the event, allowing us to walk. Breakfast was minimal, but without a kitchen I can see how hard it would be to expand the menu from packaged items. Fruit would have been nice. "

"I chose a 3 due to my stay! And with that let me just say the hotel itself is great… the rooms are great. The beds are comfortable. The property it good and well kept… my biggest issue with my stay was being woke up by the people who were staying in the next conjoining room, with loud music playing at 130 in the morning, these people were a complete nightmare… Calls were made to the front desk and security was sent up to tell them to turn the music off. Well with that being said they did not...
