"Ein super schönes Hotel. Es liegt zwar etwas abgelegen doch mit Mietwagen ist es kein Problem. Super nettes Personal das im sehr hilfsbereit war. Sehr leckers Essen sowohl beim Buffet als auch in den Restaurants. Eine absolute Empfehlung das Smigo! Auch Tennis und Paddleanlage sowie die Pools sehr gepflegt. Würde direkt wieder hinreisen!"

"There was plenty for people with young children, the beach was ok but there were a lot of stones. There was a choice of 3 restaurants we preferred restaurant 3. The biggest down fall of this hotel was the lack of entertainment in the evening for adults without children, they have plenty of area’s where they could hold evening entertainment for adults. There for I don’t thing I would return to this hotel. The manager that was very welcoming was the restaurant manager in K3"

"Great family resort, food selection was very good unless you are super fussy, our daughter is and even she managed to have a pretty full plate each meal. Drinks were a good selection. Kids club was good but activities were fairly minimal. Beaches were lovely. Pools great for everyone. The beds were hard, but not lumpy, pillows fine. There is a go cart track next door that my son enjoyed. You can easily walk in to town or down to other beaches. We had a great stay."

"Ausstattung und Essen sind wirklich super. Eigener Strand mit schönen Liegen und Schirmen und Beach Bar. Die Lage ist auch super, nicht weit von Heraklion und perfekt für Tagesausflüge. Zimmer waren schön aber nicht wirklich besonders, Badezimmer etwas klein in den normalen Zimmern. Highlight ist die Minibar, die täglich aufgefüllt wird. Das Hotel ist zwar kein Adults Only jedoch sind die weiteren Pools deutlich ruhiger als der Hauptpool, sodass man auch hier gut entspannen konnte"

"We were only there for one night but were especially impressed with how clean the room/property was. We enjoyed the dinner buffet and the wait staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was very spacious and we had a chance to enjoy the balcony for our morning coffee. We would stay here again if in the area."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 We’ve just returned from a stay at Enorme Santanna Island Resort and overall had a lovely holiday, but there were a few things that stopped it from being a full 5-star experience. Starting with the positives — the staff were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. "My daughter and I stayed at the Aquila Atlantis Hotel during our visit to Heraklion. While it didn't have the unique character and intimate atmosphere of some of the boutique hotels we stayed at elsewhere in Greece, it was still a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
