"This hotel is perfectly located in the old town area of Split. It was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was much appreciated in the summer heat! The staff were all very welcoming and helpful with luggage and travel suggestions, including checking that our outward ferry to Hvar was running on time. A simple continental breakfast is included each morning. The only improvement would be a little more storage space in the bathroom, e.g. a rack in the shower for soap, shampoo, etc."

"The hotel is very well situated and is convenient to all of the main attractions of Split. The service was excellent and the room was very nice and comfortable. Where the property lost marks for me was the gym/wellness area. I picked the hotel partly for the gym, and both the cardio machines were broken, and had been for some time. There was no cleaning products in the gym, and the universal workout equipment was complicated and hard to use.
In addition, the hair dryer in my room kept shutting...

"cè grande differenza tra le camere "Standard" piani 1° 2° e 3° e le camere del 4° piano, dove andavo regolarmente , sia come metri quadrati sia come , manutenzione , sia come come arrangiamenti offerti , scrivania abbastanza grande dove poter lavorare, nelle "Standard oltre ad essere piccole ci anno posizionato sopra la TV e il Telefono interno, la TV può essere montata a parete., prese di corrente per computer ben distribuite , una poltroncina non solo una seggiola, maniglioni per disabili nei...

"Nous avons été accueilli par une dame blonde très désagréable puis notre chambre été pas comme sur les photos.
Le ménage laisse vraiment a désirer les draps pas changé juste posé en bout de lit pas d aspirateur passer dans la chambre après un séjour de 8 nuits vraiment déçu !!!
Le point positif le petit déjeuner qui été très correct.
Un autre petit bémol après notre petit déjeuner nous nous sommes installés sur un salon extérieur pour fumer et un serveur à ete agressif envers nous pour qu'elle...
