"The first room we had developed a leak in the bathroom which we report and was resolved satisfactorily. The following day after torrential rains we had another leak of water through the light fittings. The staff were very helpful and we were able to change rooms. The staff were always very polite and helpful. The man who sets out the breakfast buffet obviously takes pride in his work and creates what is almost a work of art, if you can see it before people start eating it."
