"One of the best and most relaxing vacations we have had as a family. Stayed for 9 days with adult children and made Dubrovnik Palace Hotel the base of our operations, easily accessing the Old Town and the port and going on multiple trips. "We were very, very pleased with this hotel selection! It was a quick drive from the airport - only 10 minutes - with easy check-in! The room was just fine with everything we needed, including hot water heater, coffee, and creamers! The breakfast was a free buffet with lots of wonderful cold and hot options! The pool overlooked the ocean, and the hotel has its own waterfront spot! The best part was the walkability down a little hill to the town of Cavtat with lots of dining and swimming...

"The Hotel Lapad was lovely. The staff was great at check in, however I did have to ask for my VIP perk the next day (bottle of wine.) The pool area is beautiful, but they put the loungers away at 7pm. Also, if you want a lounger (sun bed), get to the pool early since there aren’t enough considering the size of the hotel. The hotel is in a lovely area, but it is a €20 taxi ride (one way) to the old town. Parking is very convenient, with a gated lot next to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is...

"Hadde et veldig fint opphold på dette hotellet. De ansatte på hotellet er veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi fikk oppgradert det ene rommet til V-blokk, som er helt fantastisk. Det andre rommet var mot baren ute, så en del støy til litt sent på kvelden. Minste gutt på 10 år slet litt med å sovne p.g.a støyen. Sa ifra til resepsjonen men var vanskelig å bytte rom fordi hotellet var fullt. Uteområdene, bassengene både inne og ute er bra. Frokosten er veldig bra. Anbefaler å bo på dette hotellet."

Loved that we were that little bit further out from the Hussle and bussle of the old town, but had great beaches/ beach clubs and some lovely restaurants close by. Property facilities were great, having a bigger gym would have been a personal preference. "
