"I don’t often do reviews but with all the negative ones I read I felt I should as everyone has a different experience. Contrary to other comments the front desk staff were very helpful and kind. "On arrival lights in two bedrooms were out. Tv wasn't working. The photos definitely look better than in real life. The outside around the pool area is in need of a good clean & we were very disappointed to see the pool dirty with green scum around the edges. "Excellent. Fantastic kids club set up form out 5 and 3 year old. Very friendly staff and welcoming. Super pool/beach set up for family. Great restaurants. Only thing was the Lanes evening buffet I believe was not super value. Touch expensive for what it was. Otherwise could not fault the trip. "
